From Bonnie Cannon: The September 2020 National FOP Auxiliary Informer is online, including our own DC FOP Auxiliary report!

For the first time in 7 years I am not able to attend the FOP Auxiliary Fall Board meeting which is being held in Jacksonville, FL recently. I have been provided with the Fall Board Auxiliary Meeting Handbook which includes all of the participating state Auxiliary reports of activity from the past year including the report I submitted for our Auxiliary. It also includes all of the Auxiliary committee reports and any changes that have been made on a National FOP Auxiliary level.

This year September 19th is "Thank an Officer Day". Our Auxiliary, together with our FOP and Nam Knights, will be hosting a pancake and bacon breakfast on that day from 6 am to 11 am to show our appreciation for all that our officers do.

School is beginning for many children again from home this year. If any of you are aware of a child in need of school supplies during this time, please contact me at bcannon@dc-fop.org.
